Wi-Fi
Free guest Wi-Fi "tekom-for-free", access via a short start page. No password is needed.
Note: Some company devices may block open hotspots; if needed, check with your IT in advance.
Our provider Berner offers on-site support.
Charging points
Power outlets are available in the iiRDS Charging Lounge in Foyer C2 and at Café tekom in Hall C1.1.2.
Food, Drinks, and Breaks
Free water, coffee, and tea
- from 7:30 AM in Hall C1.1.2.
- from 9:00 AM in the pgx Lounge in Hall C2 and in the Coffee Lounge in Foyer C2.
Lunch:
Lunch is included in the ticket price for conference attendees:
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Tip: Expect larger crowds between approximately 12:15 PM and 1:00 PM.
To avoid waiting times, take the opportunity to explore the exhibition halls during the lunch break. The Application Stage and the Solution Stage also offer interesting short presentations during this time.
Exhibition visitors can purchase a lunch voucher at the ticket counter for €35. Alternatively, the bistro in Foyer C2 and various restaurants in the airport building offer additional dining options.
Evening Catering and Events:
On Tuesday, exhibitors will host stand parties, and a Lounge Evening will take place, including food and drinks. Participation in the Lounge Evening is free of charge for conference attendees.
On Wednesday, the tekom Allstar Band Party will take place, including food and an open bar. Participation is free of charge for conference attendees. The party ticket costs €45 for exhibition visitors.
Networking
Take advantage of the many opportunities to meet your peers and exchange ideas:
- OpenLab – Unconference (Hall C1.1.2): open discussions and topic-based exchange
- Café tekom (Hall C1.1.2): a meeting place for informal conversations and networking
- Foyer C1: seating areas for quiet work and short breaks
- Lounge Evening on Tuesday and tekom Allstar Band Party on Wednesday in Hall C1.1.2 for relaxed networking after the sessions
- UniversityHUB: open space for academic exchange between students, graduates and career changers (stand number: Foy05).
- Jobwall with current job advertisements from the industry
Workshop registration
Online registration is open until November 5, 2026.
On site, you can register at the desk opposite the Conference Office.
Daily workshop lists are displayed there; you can add your name to the list or a waiting list if full.
Please note that on-site registrations cannot be listed on your participation certificate.

Located at the entrance area of ICS; main contact for organizational or general questions.
Registration
Assistance with registration or access issues and replacement conference passes in case of loss or damage.
Ticket counter (cashier)
At the cash desk, you can purchase or pay for conference and fair tickets, lunch vouchers, and social-program tickets.
Please note the opening hours:
- Monday: 3:30 PM–7:30 PM for all ticket types
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM for all ticket types
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM for all ticket types and 5:00 PM–7:30 PM for social program and party tickets (Cash payments only from 5:00 PM onwards)
- Thursday: 7:30 AM–2:00 PM
Cloakroom and luggage storage
In the basement of ICS, with an additional counter in Foyer C1 on Thursday.
